Assessing and Tax Information

The tax assessor holds office hours at the Town Office one day each month, usually on the first Monday. 

If you need to meet or speak with the Assessing Agent, please call 367-2351 ext. 12, to make an appointment.

  • When you schedule your appointment be sure to provide us with: your name, contact information, the map/lot of the property you need to discuss, and a brief description of your issue.
  • These appointments are at the Town Office, not at your home.
  • If you have arranged a telephone appointment, it is your responsibility to initiate the call at the specified time.
  • If you are unable to keep your appointment it is up to you to call and reschedule.

 As soon as a school budget is passed we will be committing our taxes.  Keep checking back often for updates and thank you for your patience!

Taxes will be due 30 days after commitment.

A 1% discount is available of taxes paid in full within 30 days of commitment.
