Assessing and Tax Information

The tax assessor holds office hours at the Town Office one day each month, usually on the first Monday. 

If you need to meet or speak with the Assessing Agent, please call 367-2351 ext. 12, to make an appointment.

  • When you schedule your appointment be sure to provide us with: your name, contact information, the map/lot of the property you need to discuss, and a brief description of your issue.
  • These appointments are at the Town Office, not at your home.
  • If you have arranged a telephone appointment, it is your responsibility to initiate the call at the specified time.
  • If you are unable to keep your appointment it is up to you to call and reschedule.

Taxes

Taxes are due August 31st , 2014

A 1% Discount is available on taxes paid in full within 30 days of commitment.

Starting September 1, 2014 interest will be charged at a rate of 7%
